What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is a series of one-on-one workouts with a fitness professional who designs your exercise program according to your individual needs and goals. You and your trainer determine when and how often you will meet. Training sessions may include cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility, and/or post rehabilitation.

All sessions are tailored to meet your individual goals!

The Pacific Shores Club training team is sensitive to your time and budget and will design programs accordingly. For your convenience, short and long term plans are available.

What qualifications do the Personal Trainer's have?

All of our Personal Trainers hold national certifications. We only recognize the top certifications in the industry: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Additionally, many of our trainers have earned degrees in Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, or other related fields. All trainers are CPR and AED certified.
