Please note that the Pacific Shores Club membership is only for eligible employees that work on Pacific Shores Center. Proof of employment and approval from HR are required before membership will be processed. Thank you.

- Read, complete and sign Membership application.
- Bring your application to Pacific Shores Club to get a tour and to complete your application process.
- Your permanent card will be ready for you to pick up on the Monday after you join. You are welcome to work out anytime after you have dropped off your application.
